The Pain of the Past
Once, someone asked me if I fear death. We were at a funeral–my aunt’s–and the question was not exactly worded like that. It was more like, “Someone going so suddenly really makes you wonder, doesn’t it?”

A recent Gallup Poll on evolution in America makes me want to lock my door and stay inside. The crazies are waiting.
Has Darwin failed or are we hardwired to fail in the debate between Science and Religion? The hard numbers are surprising and depressing all at once.
Rest in peace, Phoenix. You stay classy Spirit and Opportunity!
Interesting. No matter how much we change, it seems we always stay the same.
Have a looksie at Marc Johns’ photostream. It’s full of funny, surreal, stream-of-consciousness style art.
It looks like the shit has truly his the fan. P. Diddy is now forced to fly commercial due to the high operational (fuel) costs of his private jet. How will he survive in such a tight space flanked by the stink of the middle class? Proof. He totally feels your misery, people.

I recently saw this abysmal film. The dialog was atrocious and unbelievable, the pace was sloppy and never should have allowed the film past test audiences, and the plot was convoluted and difficult to follow — not to mention entirely forgettable.
